The Best Headphone So Far
By N. Nguyen
I've been a avid headphone user for some time now. Let me start off by saying that most headphone that comes bundled with mp3 players are earbuds that are only adequate for casual listening. When upgrading headphones, price/performance/style all comes into play. These JBL are in-ear-headphones. What that means is it has great sound isolation so music will sound clear even when you're in a noisy environment, and you don't have to turn on your music as loud. The downside is it inherently has the audible "thump" when you bump the cord. That is a characteristic of all in-ear-headphones so giving it negative points for that shows a lack of knowledge of the user. These type of headphones also require that you use the correct fitting earpiece that gives it a tight seal in order to feel and hear the full spectrum of sound.Ok now for comparison with other headphones: Compared to UE super fi.3 these JBL has better bass reponse and sound just as clear for only half the price. Compared to the Skullcandy Ink'd the JBL sound clearer with tighter bass. The bass in the Ink'd is good but seem muddy. Can't expect much as the Ink'd only go for around $10. Compared to the JVC Marshmallows, the JBL again sound clearer eventhough the bass is comparable. Build quality of the JBL is also better than Ink'd and Marshmallows but not as good as the UE. The looks when they're being worn is better than all of them as they have a low profile look with nice chorme accents. My recommendation is, if you've accepted the trade-off of in-ear-headphones, to get these JBL as an upgrade to your bundled headphones until you've got enough money to buy headphones costing more than $100 as you won't find anything better in this price range. I will compare these JBL to Shure E2c when I can get my hands on a pair. I have quite a few other headphones but since they're not in-ear, I prefer not to compare with them as it's really more about what kind of environment you're in and the ease of putting them on.

Great earphones for the price
By Sheba
I have recently purchased several pairs of in-ear canal phones and these are definitely worth the price. The sound is great and I prefer them to the more expensive Sennheiser CX300 or Ultimate Ears Super.Fi 3 earphones. The earphones come with accessories to convert earphones to clip-ons, a head band and the airplane adapter. The case is large enough to accommodate the accessories and earphones.

Love it! Awesome Quality!
By Tammy
I received it today and I totally love it. The sound quality is awesome! The cord doesn't make noises at all. I use it when I work out, beautiful sound! For about $35, it's such a great deal. I have gone through two pairs of apple earphones(cost $30 exclude tax) and they suck! The cord gets broken so easily. I highly recommend this JBL earphone.
