A Collectors Item

I played h these dolls forever, and naturally when they returned I bought them for my daughter. I am rating this product on the older dolls, mainly cause for seven years * 2, I have bought my daughter a CPK for collection purposes. She loves them, and I buy the old vinatage ones for her to play with, the new ones are kept and stored. These dolls are adoable, come in every race you can imagine, are extremly durable, and are constantly getting a new update. I love their smell the most, but I did give it 3 stars for educational value because they all come with birth certificates and adoption papers. As with any child this will be a doll who will be their baby so naturally parenting will come into play as well. I love CPK and am a huge supporter of the long time maker.

Great Bedtime Doll

This doll is not only great for normal play, but encouraged by little girl to not have to sleep with a nightlight on as the doll glows in the dark and she now has her own "nightlight" right in bed with her. Great toy for the price

expensive - but worth it

We bought this for our cats this past month. At first it seemed like an 'over the top' indulgence for a pet. But I have to say it has been a huge success! It is the tallest thing in our bedroom, so it is now preferred over the dressers and bed (less hair and destruction on those now). They love to sit on the top and sleep and look out the window. My only negative comment is that I thought our shy cat would like the inside part, but instead they both squish into the top tier. I wish I had bought the one with 2 open shelves vs. the inside piece. Would definitely recommend it if you are crazy enough to spend $200 on your cats!

We have two ragdolls who love the levels of this cat furniture. We just purchased the small version for another part of our home for the kitties. We love this item as much as the cats do. Looks great and gets used daily. I would highly recommend Molly and Friends furniture for anyone's cat.

Quality Construction

Very high quality construction. Will last for many years. I purchased this cat condo when it was on sale for $99.95/free shipping. What a BARGAIN !!! Otherwise I would not have purchased it for full price, although it is very nice & sturdy. It took my cats about 1 week before they would explore it, but now they LOVE it. My older cat now has somewhere to go to get away from the dogs and get some peace and quiet. She is visibly more happy. Problem solved. Great product from Amazon.

I bought Two!!

I bought one and then a few months later bought another in a different style. They are excellently made, much better than the local chain pet warehouse store. Very heavy. We have 5 rescued cats, all very big and these trees are holding up just fine. I had never had a basket cat tree before and the cats love them. I just wish the rounded baskets were made a little longer for the really big cats so their heads and tails didn't hang over each end! :) No doubt, I'll be buying another before long.

Very sturdy - Look out for staples though

Its a well-made product and doesnt wobble when my cats jump on it. Both cats are 13 and 17 years old, so I wasnt sure how they'd respond to it, but one of them immediately took to it and sleeps on the top tier almost daily. PLEASE NOTE! Before letting your cats to it - feel all around the cat tree for thick staples that might be sticking out - I had found three that could have really pierced/cut their paws. Just pull them out, then you're all set. Also, I would not recommend it for extra-large cats, might not be wide/long enough for them. My average size cat (9 lbs) barely fills the top tier and he cannot go through the 1/3 hole on top of the 2nd tier to get inside - he was stuck and squirming to get out and since then has not tried again. The hole on the side on the 2nd tier is wide enough for him to jump into. Highly recommended for its sturdiness and quality. Im definitely going to keep it for future kittens and Im sure they'll love playing in/on it.

The Best Cat Tree on the Market! Very high quality!

I had a three-level cat tree from a well-known catalog & internet pet supply store. It lasted quite a few years, and I was relatively happy with it. However, my average-size cat was too big for the circular bed. I just received my new Molly & Friends cat tree. I couldn't believe the difference! The sizing is very generous. My cat has room to spare and can finally stretch out on all the levels. The base is much larger. The wooden poles are thicker. It's nice and plush and has 30" of sisal rope. The sisal is what cats really want. It saved my furniture--he doesn't scratch anything else. As an added plus, this high-quality item comes fully assembled. (You have to assemble the other company's.) You can't go wrong with this item!

The cat condo is wonderful. Our only complaint was the quality of the box the product was shipped in. The box came poorly sealed and appeared to have seen better days. However, there was no damage to the condo due to its superior construction. I would highly recommend the product.

Packaging, However, Is Poor.

I would have to say that the product is just great- sturdy and well-made and very satisfactory......all that it is advertised to be. I knew that other reviews had expressed problems with the poor packaging, but hoped that improvements had been made. While my delivery was not torn open, the two piece box (taped together in the middle) was very flimsy and would not have withstood the slightest rough treatment in delivery. While the product was unmarred, I think serious attention needs to be given to improving the quality of the outer box. Almost everything that I have ordered on Amazon has been very well-wrapped, but this was an unfortunate exception.

Product Description

Most professional photographers today use SLR digital camera sets that weigh over 4.5lbs (2kg). These cameras have vertical and horizontal hand grips designed for convenient handling, controlling and operating of the equipment. The vertical grip, which contains an extra battery and additional shutter release button, makes shooting in a vertical "portrait" position as comfortable as shooting in the horizontal "landscape" position.
The vertical grip works well until you attach a flash to the camera. As you turn a camera 90 degrees into the "portrait" position, the flash shoots from the side of the object, which results in a highly undesirable side shadow. In this case, re-mounting the flash to the position above the lenses becomes a necessity. There are a number of devices available called "flash brackets" that help solve this problem by repositioning the flash unit every time the camera is rotated for "portrait" shooting. When you mount a "flash bracket" on a camera, it blocks your ability to hold the camera by its vertical grip and blocks the vertical shutter release button. In addition, these fixtures are bulky and add significant weight to the already heavy equipment.
This does not match expectations of photo-journalists and event photographers who have to carry and operate the most sophisticated, expensive and heavy cameras in their hands for hours.

My wife and I were tired of our latest cat constantly scratching our new furniture. This scratching post with bed has helped the situation. It is tall enough to allow the cat to fully stretch out when scratching.Since putting in this unit our cat will walk over stretch out to scratch the post and then climb up into the bed. We have it near the window so he has a view of the lake. He appears to feel as though he is king of the house and he must be as he got us to purchase this new scratching post / bed for him.

CAT LOVES IT!

I would definitely recommend this product. My cat loved it as soon as I got it out of the box. It is very strong and durable. He can climb up the scratching post (all 11 pounds) and it does not tip. He loves the bed and it is spacious enough for him to stretch out in and still have room to grow. He is just a year old and I'm sure this post will last this very active kitten for many years to come. This is the best made scratching post / bed I have ever seen. Super high quality!

Love Kathe Kruse's Waldorf Dolls

I am a huge fan of Kathe Kruse's Waldorf dolls. I started collecting them for my daughter and have been really impressed. I have a few with boucle hair and some with mohair and all are exquisitely made. My favorite is the "Mini It's Me Red" doll simply because she is a little bit larger than the other two Amazon is offering but the skirt on Mini It's Fairily Me is so adorable that it makes it hard to choose. On the fairy version, you can definitely tell that hand craftsmanship went into making her skirt. Also, the way their hair has been done is impressive. I think these are great dolls for kids though I wouldn't recommend them for anyone under three because of their hair and the little adornments that someone could choke on. They're nice and soft, have cute outfits, and they are really really durable. The 7" dolls are also perfect for the dollhouse we got. Definitely try one of these and you'll see why I am so crazy about them =).

Catches everything!

Are you sick of those cheap fiberglass filters that do practically nothing? I was too! Especially since we just had a baby and we wanted the best air possible. These trap things you never even knew you were breathing in or recycling through the system of you central air. We have 2 cats, 1 dog, 2 adults and 1 baby so you can imagine whats flying around! If you are serious about breathing CLEAN air, get this. Otherwise you can keeps breathing in particles of fiberglass from those cheapo filters!

Yes, these filters are amazing! I love them, there's no doubt. I have the pet dander and the occasional smoke (only in the winter-they go outside the rest of the year) and you would hardly know that someone smoked in the bathroom after 5 minutes.My issue is that I have to change them soooooo much. I have tried the 90 day plan, but WOW that was so not in the cards. My house is barely 1000 sq. ft. so I can't believe that there's that many prarticles and "Junk" running through the air. Actually it's gross to think you breathe that huh?I had my duct and furnace cleaned out at the tune of almost $200 and the gentleman told me it looked great and now it's even better. So the need to change my filter is now still down to inside a month!!! I just put this new one in around the 24th or so of January and you wouldn't know it. It's horrid!!! I'm going to need to go out and hunt one down until I can get my order for them in. Also, you can find them much cheaper than on Amazon p.s. Found them for about $[...] total cost with a rebate included on a site I randomly found while doing a goggle. It's called "IAQ Source".I'll still get them cause they they make dusting easier...thanks 3M...I think.

Have a care - you get what you pay for......

Had previously purchased a 'bargain' filter from a large distributor, who claimed that they were an excellent product, and compaired favorably with this item, differing only in price. WRONG! The cheaper filter was very undersized, not actually fitting the opening it was to fit in, and, though advertised as a Merv 11, did not filter the air anywhere near as effeciently as this Filtrete 1000 ( Merv 11 ). This Filtrete filter virtually yanked pollutants out of the air that simply passed through the other filter, witnessed by the condition of the Filtrete Red after 28 days of use. It was so full of airbourne debris that it had to be changed for a new one in that time period, something not experienced with the cheaper private brand. Also, the Filtere filters are individually wrapped, protecting them from debris, dirt, and dust during storage, so if they are taken from their box, they are still protected. Not so with the bargain brand, which were simply placed into a box ( poorly sealed ) and shipped. They may have been a Merv 6 - maybe - but were not worth the price and time spent. Most important, however, my oldest son has not had one asthma attack or even problems breathing since using the Filtrete Red, and that more than justifies their use and price. These filters rate a solid 5 stars, and as such are actually the REAL bargain.

Phenolic beveling

This is the best bit I have found to bevel phenolic and do a good job with a hand router. The cutting edge last about twice as long as solid carbide and you have 4 cutting edges per insert.

right up our alley!

This game was a big hit with our grandchildren on Christmas. The oldest is 9 and the youngest is 3. While this was a rather pricey toy, it has all ready proven it's worth. I'm sure it will become one of their favorite toys. We have the Headbanger football game which we always play when they come to visit. I've got a feeling the bowling game will be their game to go to the next time they're here.

one thing could be better

This thing is big! I didn't realize it. It's very cute, my 2 year old uses it like a real bowling lane, we don't use the guy to throw the ball. It's about the size of 3 laptops put together or so. Anyway, the only issue i have with this thing, is that my 2 year old (almost 3) can't get the ball to stick magnetically on the guys hand. The magnet is not very strong....so we just don't use the guy. I wouldn't pay 40 bucks for it, i got a great deal on it, about 20 dollars and i'd pay a bit more even. I like how it has gutters, too...that way his super balls dont' go flying all over the house, but instead land in the gutter. Very cute toy! SOO Glad we got it! just wish the magnet was stronger so it would be easy enough for a 2 year old.

Fun, but...

My little bowler (almost 5) loves this toy. However, he seems to have a hard time getting the magnet in the ball to connect with the magnet in the bowler's hand. I drew a black dot on the ball where the magnet is (the finger holes which indicate the magnet are hard to see). That seemed to help. I really like the pin setter. That works really well -- basically puts a frame up so you can set the pins. Then you push the frame down when you're ready to bowl. It came with a pad of score sheets, but none of my kids seem interested in keeping score.
