I've seen the light.

Because I suffer from S.A.D., I've looked at light-therapy lights every year. However, I've always been hesitant to spend so much for something that I was skeptical about. I opted to use a prescription medication to help with my symptoms. They never seemed to really help though. Using a gift certificate I received for Christmas, I purchased a Litebook Elite Hand-Held Light Therapy Device just a week ago. It has been nothing short of a miracle for me. I used to stay up all night with insomnia finally going to bed, totally exhausted around 5-6 AM. I would sleep until the afternoon only to arise still exhausted and achy all over. It would take me an hour just to gather myself for the day. I started using this light the day it arrived. I use it for 30 minutes right after waking. In just a short week, my sleep schedule has totally changed. I am now able to go to bed at 10 PM, fall asleep quickly, restfully sleep through the night, and awaken at 6 AM totally refreshed. I sincerely hope that if you purchase this light you will have the same results I did. I feel like I have a new life!

I recommend if you need portability; if you don't buy a larger device

I would recommend the Litebook if portability or space are key considerations for you. This device is compact and very portable. It comes in a nice carrying case with power adapters for other countries. I was able to take it to work and use it at my desk, and only the people sitting next to me noticed it. So, I would recommend it for use during travel or at the office.However, the small size that makes it so portable is also Litebook's biggest negative. The area of light projected was small enough that I felt like I had to sit in one position the whole time I was using it just to keep my eyes within the appropriate range. I have now purchased a larger device, and while it takes up a lot more space, it allows me more freedom of movement. If you are just using your device at home I would suggest a larger one.I also felt the battery on the Litebook depleted very quickly. If you purchase this product, I would recommend using it with the power cord whenever possible, and only using the battery when you really need to.

I purchased the Litebook Elite Hand-Held Light Therapy Device and Love it.It is light weight, portable, and small in size. You can take it with you anywhere. Although it is small, it delivers as much light as one of the large desk size units. It evens comes with a nice carrying case and adapters for recharging the battery. I work in a sleep disorders center and have started recommending this product to patients.

BEWARE THIS SINK IS NOT THE DIMENSIONS LISTED

I purchased the Swanstone utility sink that clearly states that it 25 x 22 " in dimension. We have an existing utility sink that measures 25 x 22 " and thought this one would be perfect and slip into the existing opening. After removing the old sink and inserting this new one, there was a 1/4" gap on either side. We measured the sink and it is 24-1/2 x 22, not 25 x 22. The quality is good as well as the color. If you are replacing an existing utility sink, be sure to measure your opening before ordering. I contacted the manufacturer who states this sink fits into an opening that measures 23-5/8 x 20-5/8. It was the perfect sink and I am sorry I had to return it as I have not been able to find a better one.

Lovely charm

This is a lovely charm. I was expecting it to be a little larger but the measurement is from tip of bail to tip of heart. The bail does fit over a 4 mm omega necklace so nearly 1/3 of the size is in the bail.

When you say clip you mean clamp?

If you are not sure about investing in a full TT bike then this is a good piece to try out and see if a TT setup is for you. The finish and look of the bars is sexy, personally carbon always looks good. The assembly is straight forward. A word of caution check your horizontal bar diameter. Some handlebars have a larger diameter at where the stem and handlebar meet, from here it'll taper to a smaller diameter. If you intend to mount the bars close to the stem it will not hold because of this taper. Shims are provided but don't really help much. Other issues to be aware of is that it's a bolted clamp assembly which if you apply enough load to the bar it'll move. These are overall a good alternative to a TT bike.

After debating getting a set of Aerobars, I decided to get a set or Carbon Strykes off of Amazon.com. It was a very wise purchase, they were very easy to install. Most importantly very easy to adjust and are very comfortable to use! If one is a heavy commuter, I may recommend the ZB Flip up brackets to go along as well...

Vendor: Outstanding. Rec'd the shipment several days ahead of the stated standard shipment arrival date. The product was in original packaging and very neatly wrapped.Product: Solid design and very light. I have a carbon fiber racing bike, which has been equipped with the lightest components. I did not want to compromise that. Also, I was looking for an aerobar with elbow rests spaced more widely. This is spaced nicely. The price was almost half of what the local stores were charging. Just a warning: If you have any components on your handle bar, they will have to be moved elsewhere (speedometer, light, etc.). All around I was very pleased with the product and the whole experience.

Great Beginning Backcountry XC Bindings

I put these on some E99's my friend sold me because I've been doing more backcountry XC versus track and I LOVE them.My old Alpina 3-pin 75 mm boots work well with these. The cables are removable for more track-type skiing but with the cables the feel is all control, boot and ski move as one. The 3-pin is beefy and much better than those inexpensive ones with single cheap wire bale. There is actually a piece of solid metal holding your toe plate down. However the cables add torsional rigidity and you can easily ski w/o the 3 pin clamped down. This is a "poor-man's" binding for backcountry but versus the $200 more you'd pay for true BC XC bindings, these are well worth it for a 2-4X a year BC skier.Bought this at local XC place, had them install the bindings and they trimmed and fitted the length of the cables too. Don't forget to splurge a few ~ $10 and get the anti-ice teflon strips mounted on the binding bottom plate.4 stars because the unprotected springs and clamp can chaff the side of your boots.

Solid, Simple Binding

I am just into the classics; this is a classic. I first started skiing almost fifty years ago and enjoyed growing up in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, starting to backcountry ski in the late seventies. This binding is perfect, it reminds me of that time and I mounted them on a new pair of back country skis and clipped in my old Kastinger Double Boots and had a blast skiing on Mt Rainier. I miss the powder of Utah that's for sure, but these bindings, my Kastinger Boots and either my Tau or Epoke 900 skis just are perfect in my book. Enjoy!!

this is a beautiful highly polished charm. it is pretty small and dainty. not much length to it.looks great on a dainty chain. the sellar i purchased it from sent it in a little baggy not a box. my sister, whom i purchased it for and slipped it on a thin gold chain said it was beautiful. due to its size it wont look good on a heavy chain but does look pretty on a fine chain.

I purchased this item for general HVAC use and it appears to be a decent value. Quality is good & unit is capable of the basic functions (i.e., dual-thermocouple inputs; Min/Max temperature sampling; temp. hold; 1 deg/0.1 deg. resolution). I calibrated unit using the two thermocouples included and it holds calibration OK. I later purchased two additional probe-type thermocouples. They matched within 0.2 deg. F. of the original units and required no recalibration.Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Go with the best - this is it

I had previously order a cheap electronic thermometer for adjusting HVAC Freon levels and came to deeply regret it. Never got the same readings twice and never knew if the Freon was too much or too little.I've had none of those problems with this unit. It delivers reliable, consistent temperatures and has greatly increased my confidence that my systems have the correct about of refrigerent within them.This unit costs more then many others, although surprisingly this is NOT the most expensive I've seen, but the extra cost is worth in the the time saved by getting correct temperature readings the first time.

The temperature meter is easy to use and calibrate. It seems like a well made meter and it takes less than a minute to determine the accurate temperature once the hvac system has stabilized. I have used it about 30 times and so far I am very pleased with it.

The best backpack I've owned

This backpack is so comfortable that I didn't even feel as if I was wearing a backpack at all. I'm very slim(123) and it is hard to find a backpack that doesn't dig into my shoulders when I'm hiking or running. The straps on this backpack are very light and it didn't dig in at all. The slim profile is excellent for smaller people. Storage capacity is perfect for trail running or day hiking. This is a well designed product that I highly recommend.

I bought this backpack for running and it's amazing! It doesn't move around or make your back hot. It's very compact but can fit a lot of stuff and has many useful pockets. It felt really comfortable on a long run (~7:40 pace) on a 90F day. Highly recommended.

The Canon Speedlite 430EX II features a powerful flash (guide number of 141 ft./43m at ISO 100) with a fast recycling time in a compact, durable body. A one-touch quick-lock mechanism makes it easy to attach or detach the 430EX II from the camera and a metal foot has been added for strength and durability. Flash controls can now be set through the camera's LCD screen on compatible EOS digital SLR cameras. The Speedlite 430EX II is also quieter, recycle time is 20% faster (as compared to the 430EX) and since it is compatible with Canon's wireless E-TTL, it can be used as an affordable "slave unit".

The Stroboframe Quick Flip 350 Flash Bracket is light and compact, constructed entirely of sturdy aluminum and ergonomically designed for comfort, speed and durability. The bracket has a pivoting flash arm to eliminate red-eye and drastically reduce side shadows.

The Off-Camera Flash Extension Cord is an extremely useful accessory, allowing an external flash to be used away from the camera and still perform all the automatic functions possible with flash photography.

This Precision Design Flash Diffuser helps reduce harsh shadows, eliminates red-eye, and adds depth to your photos. Attaches to your flash in seconds with a snug, custom fit.

430EX II Kit

I've been doing photography for some time 40 yr+. Hobby/College and some pro work, Weddings etc. The 430EX II is a great flash and will work great for most photography including weddings. It will work as a slave flash if needed.The Sto-fen bounce is a decent quick & easy basic diffuser, that will help take the harshness out of flash photography.The "Precision Design" Battery Charger and battery's work great (the first charge took a lot longer then expected)But the battery's hold a charge for a long time (no specs yet). Although some reviews were not great, the charger and battery's are working great for me.The "Precision Design" Off-Camera Flash cord (this is why I wrote the review) It's junk, (the one I got is anyway) Just like most of the reviews say. It only works about half the time. You constantly have to monitor the Camera info to see if it's is getting the information. Then mess around with the connections (at the flash on mine) until it decides to work. Very unreliable!The Stroboframe 350, Does not fold down for easy storage. It's a basic frame that will keep the flash above the lens, I have no problems with it. It does it's job. I have other frames that fold down, and over time have become weak & wobbly . So I purposely wanted a more rigid type frame.Because this is a kit.. Cameta Camera offered to replace the "Off-Camera cord" with another one and pay for shipping unless I wanted to return the whole kit for something else. I opted to exchange the cord.. (other then that I like the kit and think it's worth it.) I'll exchange the cord until I get one that works, maybe use it as a back up or DIY an extension on it and use it as a hard wire slave cord for Studio stuff (When I have time to fool with connection problems). I'm also ordering the "ProMaster Off Camera TTL Cord, (good reviews) to give it a try....Update:Cameta replaced the cord, (no problems with the exchange method)Received it, and so far the replacement cord is working fine.. But I still would recommend the "ProMaster TTL cord, seems to be more reliable and constructed better.. I like the idea of having a back-up cord....

THE 430EX II FLASH KIT

Kudos to the people that put this kit together. I've found that it includes all the necessary items that one needs for 'Out of the Box' shooting.The Canon 430EX II Speedlite is a very powerful flash, and the included batteries are just what one needs for a long indoor session. The Sto-Fen Omni-Bounce Diffuser and Stroboframe 350 work great with my Canon XTi.

Flash Outfit

The Canon 430ex Speedlite is great in that it is a match for my Canon Power Shot S5 IS and automatically adjusts for focal length. The Sto-Fen Omni-Bounce Diffuser makes a big difference in the color tone faces. The faces are no longer washed out. The TTL Flash Cord has given me a couple of problems. Sometimes the flash and camera don't sync as indicated by a symbol on back of the flash readout. I have had to play with the connection to get it to work. The flash bracket is nothing special but when folding it out the angle or the flash head changes so it's best to take a couple of test shots. Overall it was a great combo deal with the extra batteries and charger.
