Really beautiful

This bracelet is truly beautiful, and I was happy from the moment I opened the package. I bought this for my son's fiance's 26th birthday this last August, peridot being her birthstone, and she just loved it. I would highly recommend it to anyone, except those who like really modern styled items, because, with the filigree, this is very traditional.

A lovely bracelet that contains seven full carats of my birthstone in attractively-styled silver. The silver is coated in a layer of white gold so that it won't tarnish, and the peridot catches the sun. I would recommend this to anyone with an August birthday!

Pretty but too white

This was actually quite a pretty bracelet, the design is beautiful and the peridots were a very nice shade of green. They were a nice shape and well-mounted. The only thing wrong is that the sterling silver is almost a bright white, it seems so overly polished, or perhaps that's the rhodium coating? At any rate, it's advertised as sterling silver, and it might be, but it doesn't look like that normal silver color. It is so white, in fact, that it looked to me like costume jewelry. I returned it with no problem at all. I'm leery about buying jewelry online where you can't see it, but the return policy eliminates any worry, so I went for it. Understand that it's quite pretty and can make a great gift for your August birthday friends, but for me the whiteness ruined it. It might not bother someone else, that's why I still gave it three stars.
