Good for a little girl

Very pretty setting. The setting is a little on the smaller side, but still nicely made. Genuine stones, very light setting, easy to get on and off but still secure once on and good 14K gold that wouldn't hurt ears as cheap earrings do would make this a perfect gift for a young girl who would be very impressed to hear they are real rubies.I got the earrings 25% off on a daily gold box deal and even though they are genuine stones and gold, I would feel that the original price of $99 is a little too much as it is such a light setting that if given for a gift to some adults, people may not realize the quality materials and think the earrings are worth less. At the discount price it is OK.Update: I have actually found these earrings to be even more useful than I first realised and have actually ordered the emerald equivalent as well. I find them excellent for everyday. If you can get them on sale you have done well. I still stand by my prior comment though that if given to an adult they are so light they may think you have paid less for them than you have if you buy them at the full price.

Nice little earrings, but much more delicate than they look. Be very careful about removing and putting them in your lobes. Both lever-backs of mine are shaky after only two wears and I've had to have them strengthened at a jewellers.

Nice jacket

Pretty nice jacket. It's a thicker leather with lining on the inside and removable soft pads. It's heavy and you'd think that it's really warm, but after wearing it for a few hours I didn't break a sweat. But like I said its a heavy jacket and needs some breaking in.I'm a 46 but got a 48 just to be careful and it's big. Not extremely big, but I would have definitely been fine with a 46. The armor pads need adjusted a bit and they tend to shift around, but they're removable so it's expected.It's not bad looking either. Not what I hoped it would look like so I was a bit disappointed but I'm not really concerned with looks more then protection.

Pretty!

The color of these is a very watery pale green and I like them a lot. You can't really tell that they are green when you are wearing them unless the light hits them just so. They are much paler than the photo, but it is a nicely matched hint of green rather than a fake looking, over-done green.These are well mounted, and all the stones have a nice cut, very sparkly, plenty of movement and easily catch the light. The earrings are not too heavy or drag down your earlobe or tip over at a weird angle on your ear. They dangle at a nice distance below your ear, not too long... very classic look.I have metal allergies and these earring did not break me out one bit when I wore them.I will be replacing the back - it seems kind of wimpy to me and I like a more secure feeling back.I would give them 5 stars if they had just a tiny touch deeper green and had a better back. But that is a personal preference and does not reflect on the quality of the product. They are a good value for this price.

Just gorgeous!

I admit I was a little weary about purchasing these earrings, b/c a shopper can never be quite sure what he/she might get (esp. where jewelry is concerned & certainly, on-line purchases), but I'm glad I gave in on this one. I bought these as a Christmas gift for my mother, and she just adores them. There's a lot of sparkle for these delicate earrings, and she just loves the color! She has already received numerous compliments after wearing them for 1 day! Simply put, they are lovely, elegant, & v. feminine-a perfect choice with which I have no regrets!

Very disappointed in the color

I was very disappointed in the purple color of the earrings when they finally arrived. The amethyst isn't the rich purple portrayed by Amazon. It's pretty washed-out looking. If I hadn't waited 2 months for them and if they weren't only $60, I would return them. However, under those circumstances, it would be more trouble than it's worth. I've bought other gemstones online and they were very true to the onscreen color. This is my first big disappointment.

Very happy I went with Mepro over Triji

After receiving my Mepros and comparing them to Triji I'm very pleased. The Trijicon are much smaller, and the Mepros are very big and bright with the white perimeter circles for daytime shooting. I went with the all green because I didn't want faded rear sights of the yellow or orange. I highly recommend all green, and trust me on this-- Front sight acquisition is not a problem with all green!!!!Best of luck

I purchased this set and installed them on my 1990's Sig P228, put my laser bore sighter on adjusted with a tap or two of my brass hammer and now it is dead on perfect.these lights glow nice and bright at night time but not bright enough to give away your position.

Earrings are gorgeous, backs and packaging bad.

The earrings came in a cheap looking blue cardboard box and a tiny black pouch made out of crummy velveteen.They were gorgeous, and I absolutely adored them... until the back fell off of one and I had to trek back through O'Hare airport to find it on my previous plane over the holiday. I replaced the back with a different one, and thanked my lucky stars...Vacation came and went, I went back to work and lo and behold, the same thing happened with the other earring; of which I hadn't replaced the original back. This time I wasn't so fortunate- and I haven't found the earring.My advice, replace the backs before use. If giving as a gift, also repackage.

LOVE this 12 string

This is my third or forth 12 string and I am very impressed (the others were Yamaha and Ibenez). The solid top and maple back and sides create a sweet tone and when plugged in it rocked my world. I'm not going to suggest that it will beat a Taylor or Gibson or any other high end guitar but when you consider it is about one fifth to one tenth of the price, well...nuf said. Still it has great tone and the action makes you think you're playing a six string. The neck is a little narrower than a standard 12 string, but it's not a problem for me and I have big fat ogre fingers. You get so much more than your moneys worth. I'm thinking about selling my Ovation Legend so I can make room for the six string Luna Muse.

My Luna Muse 12-string acoustic/electric guitar arrived today. I've never ordered anything like this sight unseen and was nervous that it wouldn't live up my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. The guitar itself is absolutely gorgeous. Because I have small hands I had done my research on what guitars had small-hand-friendly necks. Luna lives up to it's reviews. The action is great and I don't think I'll ever get tired of looking at it or playing it. Very happy!

Good for the ear, good for the eye!

I have been playing guitar since 1966, and got my first 12-string in 1968. I have been searching for just the right guitar for a while. Several years ago I had a Luna Muse 6-string guitar and loved it. I am not the biggest fan of cutaway guitars, or the big black box associated with preamps, but my knowledge of Luna quality and the beauty of this guitar won me over. I do a lot of fingerpicking with a thumb and finger picks and am very pleased with how easy it is to get the pick into the right spot; this is rare on a 12-string.This guitar sounds nice unplugged and has a great sound plugged in. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a good quality, affordable 12-string guitar.

The best small knife you will find!

I bought this knife to complete my basic collection of Global knives. For those of you not familiar with Global, these are the best kitchen knives for under $500 a knife you can find. I started out like most people, with a block-set of knives from a department store. Only after I started to get semi-serious about cooking did I actually do any research into higher quality knives. I am a knife collector/enthusiast, so I do know a little about different types of steel. I stepped out and bought some expensive Japanese knives but always worried about using them, so they rarely got used. I noticed in the reviews of several different knives people mentioned Global, and after trying them, I have not purchased anything but Global since then. I still have the pretty knives on display in my kitchen, but the ones that get used daily are the Globals.

Very nice guitar!

I bought this guitar as my "starter" guitar. I started playing in January 2009 and after 6 months, I have had nothing at all negative to say about this guitar. Friends who have played this are amazed at its sound quality, particularly when they learn about the price.Luna recently got a boost by being featured on American Idol, but even without the publicity I'm sure this is a brand which will fare well. 'Spruce' Up Your Ears

Ever wondered what Paul McCartney felt like when he recorded Blackbird? Or maybe you've always wanted to shake hands with Robert Plant himself without even leaving your desk! Regardless of your nonsensical charades, this guitar is truly a wonderful buy. I bought this sweet mama after the summer of '11 where I was a song leader for two straight months. My hands were killing me and my previous acoustic guitar, a black Ovation Applause, had played its swan song and was laid to rest upon the 'guitarway to heaven'. Switching over to the Henna Spruce Paradise made it easy for my fingers to truly MOVE around the fret board, ring out loud chords from a six-string symphony, tune my strings from the mere base of the body, AND LOOK INSANELY SWEET WITH A FREAKING PEACOCK LASERED INTO THE WOOD!! (I know it might seem like a "girls guitar" but it is definitely a manly instrument of love as well, no doubt about it) I'd also like to point out that it is crafted with both Ivory- and Spruce-based designs and truly feels great in the tips of your fingers. Plus, it's "unisexually designed" which means that it's a little bit smaller than your average acoustic guitar so i's easier for you to hold it, play it, and carry it while you're jamming to your own tune. Dutch Grand-daddy Oven

If you're looking for a casual tail-gate camping dutch oven, this isn't it. If you're a Scoutmaster looking for something to impress your fellow Wood Badge idiots, look elsewhere. If you want a first dutch oven, get something smaller.However, if you know what you are doing, this is a FANTASTIC item to have. The lid is like a manhole cover, and when you see "20 Quart", think "5-Gallon Bucket". It's flatter than a five gallon bucket, but it holds the same amount.This monster cooks the most tender, juicy, fall-apart Thanksgiving turkey I've ever had, and I'll use this ahead of a turkey deep fryer any day. If you're doing a cobbler for a 4th of July BBQ for oh, say 100 people, this is the way to go. Start with a pound of butter, four boxes cake mix, 3 liters soda, add a dozen cans of pie filling, and put more coals on top than on the bottom. Remember that everyone wants to lick the bowl when it's got batter in it, but nobody wants burned cobbler. Don't even think about using pliers or a spud-chain lifting tool for the lid. You WILL dump ashes into the pot, and despite what you say, ashes are NOT clean and NOBODY thinks it's cute when you claim it's your special seasoning. Get something that lets you lock onto that lid and keep a firm grip on it.This is closer to a catering item than a campout item, but it's impressive just the same. And, I can make chili for 60 and keep it warm for hours, too.I'll warn you that this can be hard to season. It won't fit in my kitchen sink for cleaning, and I have to use bungee cords to fasten this to a spare tire in my pickup so it doesn't slosh if I'm driving somewhere with it.People will gasp when they see it. You will gasp when you lift it. But, you will have a cauldron capable of fantastic elixirs if you season it, care for it, and use it regularly.

If you're looking for an impressive dutch oven, this is it! I ordered this for my husband for Christmas since he loves cast iron pots. When I realized how big and heavy it might be I wanted to cancel the order and the company was happy to assist me in any way they could. However, our communication crossed paths and the pot arrived anyway. Nonetheless, the company offered to pay for the shipping costs if I decided to retun it. Anyway, my husband LOVES THIS DUTCH OVEN! He was able to season it in his grill (lid and pot separately) outside (a must) and he can't wait to start cooking something! Just wait until someone asks us to bring the casserole! This pot is big but it fits on top of the stove and in our regular sized oven. My husband will use it for big batches of Chili and soups, plus he loves to do canning so this will allow him to can more jars at one time. You will need a good place to store it because it is heavy and somewhat wide. It would also be difficult to move this pot once it is full with hot food, so plan ahead. If you have a lot of company for the super bowl, picnics, or other parties, then this dutch oven would be alot of fun for planning a great meal. Have fun! Debbie

Beautiful Sounds from a Work of Art

The Luna Fauna Phoenix Acoustic guitar has rainbow colored abalone inlay galore, from the phoenix design on the body, and the swirl around the sound hole, to the logo on the headstock. It is absolutely beautiful. It is also a great sounding acoustic-electric guitar. It has a very warm, full sound. It is lightweight and easy to play. The pre-amp has a tuner, so it is quite easy and convenient to stay in tune all the time. The hardest thing about this guitar is keeping it out of the hands of the other guitar players in your home--it is quite irresistible! Best in show, that's for sure.

Very, Very sweet looking guitar. Looks very expensive. It has been confused for a graphite composite guitar (priced in the thousands) Most of Luna's guitars have a "girly" appearance to them, this one looks cool with anyone playing it. Out of the triad of guitars I gig with, this is by far the best looking.But the sound is a slightly different story. I'm not really a stickler for guitar tone, but the pickup and EQ on this guitar is not very good, IMO. It is a VERY twangy sounding guitar. I have to turn up the bass all the way to get any low end out of it at all, and it still sounds kind of tinny. The tuner is nice to have, but it bounces around A LOT. If you're close to on tune, it still goes back and forth from sharp to flat, making it hard to have a tuning that is spot on. I end up using it to get close, then tuning by ear. My Ibanez electric (that I don't even play out with) sounds better plugged in, it has a nicer fishman equipped pickup, and a better tuner, and it's about 100 bucks less.It is my #2 guitar right now, overall, I recommend it because of the attention-grabbing looks. If this were an uglier guitar, I wouldn't recommend it, most likely. Recommendation: play a guitar before you buy it. I found a 200 dollar Yamaha acoustic that I mounted a Fishman Rare Earth Pickup in, and it outperforms this one, pound for pound. You're paying the mid-level guitar price for the finish.Overall 7.9-8/10Pros:-Looks Awesome-XLR and 1/4" outputs-Good tuners-Low action-Thin neckCons:-Quiet unplugged (price you pay for the thin body, expected)-Twangy sound, but still workable-Tuner is not very good

beautiful guitar, well worth the money, built in tuner is wonderful for learners, love it and would recommend it to anyone
