DON'T ORDER THIS ON AMAZON

The watch looks really nice and feels great. Unfortunately I received a defective watch as the battery was dead on arrival. I called Amazon to exchange for the same watch however they were unable to assist me as I was told they were having issues with this model at the warehouse (apparently I'm not the first person with a dead battery on this model) and they temporarily stopped sending new ones out. Then I was told to go get the battery replaced and they will reimburse me for the cost. I hesitantly agreed but just now noticed that I can't even change the date when rotating the crown in the #2 position (changing time in #1 position works fine). I love the watch but unfortunately will return for a full refund as product is deffective.

Product appears to be very nice, even though the first one I ordered had to be returned since it didn't work. Placed a second order and the one I just received is working fine. Return policy, procedures and immediate credit issued was outstanding.

My husband is a commercial pilot and has had his eye on this watch for a while. I surprised him with it for Christmas and he was so excited. The bracelet is quite large and we had a watch store in the mall easily remove 3 links to size it down for him. It's a high quality metal that looks very nice and dressy. It also has a nice weight to it. He is in love.
