totally agree, it is restaurant quality! SUPER!!!!

believe all the 5-star reviews, this broth is restaurant quality...I'm thinking some restaurants are using this broth???Make sure you buy all the additions (greens, beef slices, bean sprouts, hot peppers, siracha, hoison sauce, etc...)Only thing I would modify is to add more water. It's a little salty for my taste. Water it down. So, one package suggests 2 gallons of water...I would add an additional gallon of water. Or whatever you like to get it just right.But it is awesome, it's got the aroma of Pho, it's semi-oily at the top of the broth...I mean...good, good, good!!!

I didn't know how to cook Pho & tried a few ways until I found this product. It made my cooking so fun & interesting as it's so easy to prepare a delicious bowl of Pho at home. "My Pho" was so delicious that my husband (American who came to VN regularly for business) wanted me to cook Pho 3 times/week until we both were fed up eating Pho :) Now we only cook Pho at home once/month or cook it for our American guests to introduce :)Any way, I strongly believe you can save time & energy & will get compliments by using this product to cook Pho at home :)

I have NEVER left a review for anything and have been buying stuff online for years. This soup base makes the most authentic and delicious pho! My family was amazed that it tasted exactly the same as our favorite restaurant. ****Use high quality beef-it makes all the difference!
