Performance and longevity worthy of the price

Several years ago I bought this blade for fine crosscuts and plywood when a local tool store carried the brand and recommended the blade to me. I knew nothing about the brand at the time, but very quickly came to regard the blade as one of the best there is for this purpose. It is very stiff and should not flex at all under load. The arbor is a nice tight fit on my table saw with virtually no slop. This means the blade will track true and not gouge out or leave marks or burn the wood you are cutting as long as the saw is adjusted properly. This blade also has extra large (and very sharp) carbide cutters to withstand multiple sharpenings.It cuts fast and gives "glue line" smooth cross cuts (if you were so inclined) in everything I've used it on (including up to 2x pine, fir, oak, and poplar, 3/4" pine and oak plywood, MDF, and OSB) cuts with no chipping or tearout on the plywood top or bottom surfaces. The blade will cut material pretty much as fast as you care to feed it. I can pretty much push 3/4" plywood through at walking speed on a 1.5HP JET contractor table saw. All in all, very impressive performance. I'm not sure why chipboard & MDF are only ranked as "good" on this blade, as these seem to cut just as well as anything else does.Alas, after 10 or so years (and who knows how many miles of plywood & MDF) it finally got dull enough to be noticeable so I had it resharpened recently. The blade is as good as new and based on the amount of material remaining it looks like I will be able to sharpen it many more times.
