The Fauna Dragon has a select spruce top for a full range of sound, and the sides and back are crafted of mahogany. The elegant rosewood over mahogany neck has a slender profile that puts even challenging notes and chords within easy reach. The Dragon features Luna's gently curved headstock with a signature crescent moon logo inlaid in sparkling abalone. Luna Dragon is awesome

I just recently purchased the Luna Fauna Dragon electric acoustic guitar. What a beautiful instrument. I already own a very expensive Yamaha Dreadnought acoustic and to be honestthis Luna has NOTHING to be ashamed of! The sound when plugged in is truly amazing, the instrument is beautifully made and it just cuddles up in your arms and says play me. The abalone inlay for the dragon just sparkles in the light and the finish, which is black gloss is truly gorgeous. I had a pro at a guitar shop play this instrument and he was in love the minute he picked it up and started playing.Whether you are plugged in or not, the sound is lovely. Nice bass bottom notes and no trilly high notes. NO buzzing at the frets I would recommend this for the experienced guitarist and for the person that just started out in guitar. The tuner is right on and the guitar stays in tune. I would suggest that you use Elixar strings, it just seems to enhance the sound.It really is a beautiful instrument and I am totally in love with it. It is really worth the price.

Looks Great ... Sounds Not So Great.

I bought this guitar and was soooo excited to get it.When it got here I was a little put off by it's size. It's smaller than I thought it would be but ended up loving it. The Dragon inlay is beautiful and the guitar is super shiny and looks great.However, the sound is awful. The strings buzz and it sounds really tinny and hollow. I've tried to contact Luna several times to find out if it was defective or any suggestions on fixing the sound but no one has ever responded. Unfortunately, it looks like my cool guitar that I was so excited about will be going back.

This guitar has an amazing sound! My only complaint is that the body had a few dings in the body. But at this price, I'm willing to overlook a few minor imperfections that the average eye wouldn't notice.
