House of Troy gooseneck piano lamp

This was a gift to my Mom for her 91st birthday. She loves to practice her piano but it was getting difficult to read the sheet music, as her eyesight is not as good as it used to be. This is the perfect lamp- she was thrilled by the looks and the fact that it can be adjusted to highlight the music. She is back up to at least 30 minutes practice a day!

I got this for my husband, and it is a perfect piano lamp. It's heavy, sturdy, and doesn't fall over like other, less well-made lamps do. He has gotten a lot of use out if it since we got it. It directs light right to the page, and we like the color, too. We're very pleased with this lamp.

This light matched the color of our piano (black), is large enough to reach over any book, and gives adequate light. It will save us from having to turn on larger lights in the room.
