Uh.. am I focused now?

This product is pretty darn good. It is homeopathic which means that the "conventional health insurance industry" doesn't get my money.Think herbs and spices instead of drugs.This definitely has allowed me to be more focused.I would suggest trying it for a bottle (30 days) and see if your wife notices a difference. if you want to make the trial really scientific, don't tell her your using this product and see if she notices. Mine did.This is my opinion and should not be mistaken as advice from a doctor. Read the data. I am just a carpenter who absolutely thinks the health insurance industry is the spawn of Satan. No kidding.

I have been taking SSRI's for the past 15 years of my life to help with Anxiety, Depression and now I realize those are a result of the stress of living with an ADHD mind. I took Paxil for a few years. My most recent medication of choice was Lexapro. Without medication I feel like I am on speed. The thoughts in my mind spin around and I have a very difficult time "grabbing a thought" or "following a thought". When I stop taking the SSRI's I tend to lose my ability to tolerate stuff. I over worry about daily conversations. I throw things out of proportion instead of letting things go. Medication has helped me with organizing and completing tasks. Sooooooo Attend........I stopped taking the lexapro and began taking the Attend. I have taken the loading dose of 2x in the morning and 2x in the afternoon for 3 weeks. I am taking fish oil...2 capsules of any brand as well. I have lost weight and I have changed my entire diet to include HEALTHY and FRESH foods. I am avoiding sugar and now I sweeten with TRUVIA or Stevia. I exercise at least 5x a week. I wear a Pedometer and focus on taking care of my body by MOVING it. With all of the Lifestyle changes I feel that so far the ATTEND is working well. I don't feel anxious or like I'm speeding as I did before. I'm not blurting as much and I feel relaxed more than I usually do SANS medication. I am ordering more and I will continue to hope for the best.
