Item was correct but communication was poor

Once product was ordered and confirmed, it was put on back order. It was very hard to get an estimated shipment date. We sent an email to the company but did not receive one back until we received the package several months later. Originally, we received an empty box and had to get several companies involved to get a replacement part. It added time to the overall request, but the part itself is exactly what I wanted.
