Product Description
Designed to remove and install press-on-type belt-driven accessory pulleys found on most vehicles. Kit includes components necessary to remove and install pulleys on pumps with the common 3/8"-16 threaded shaft. Unique interchangeable components remove and install pulleys on GM Quad 4, GM 3.1L and Ford 4.6L engines. This comes packaged in a plastic blow-molded case for protection and easy use.

Excellent Puller Set -US Made!

This is an excellent set, US-made if that matters to you, and the quality is top notch. It's hard to find something these days that isn't made in China to the bare minimum standards, so it's a real treat to find something that's still domestically made. When mine arrived, the box was slightly different (gray, not red, labeled Logan) but it was still the US-made version by Kastar, so that's fine by me. I don't really care what label they put on it. It bears mention that Kastar is actually an OEM for a couple of truck brands too, i.e. Snap On, so you are definitely getting good quality tools with this set.I'm happy with this for the price and the ability to still pick up an American made puller set. I'm sure it won't disappoint you and I highly recommend it.

The Kastar 5238 power steering pump puller works as described. Made in the USA, this appears to be the same item another retailer sells for well over 100$. Make sure you read all directions before using tool to make sure everything is done correctly and safely.Bought and sold from Amazon, ordered at a great price and was shipped quickly.Used for a Ford engine.Took 5 minutes to setup tool and remove pulley from pump, another 5 to install. (by hand) Do not need to use impact.One thing you need to be aware of is if you do not sit the tool properly on the pulley hub, you will end up pulling and pushing down on the hub.The instructions are very clear, pictures show the proper puller and installer setups.All pieces fit well in the case.One downside is after using the remover, one of the parts started to show wear, the small black adapter in the middle of the picture, the smaller side started to mushroom, a very minor problem. And the case I received was grey, not red as indicated in the pictures.Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase, the value, the ease of the job because the tool fits and comes with what you need to complete the job.

I own several Kastar tools. All are top of the line,They make tools for SNAP ON. Do I really need to say more?Bought through Amazon, sold by AC-EBIZ. ordered Sat. morning, paid an extra $3 dollars and change for expedited shipping. was in my hands halfway through Monday!Nothing like needing a tool, and getting it PRONTO!Great job, Amazon and AC-EBIZ!
