What's not to like?

This is an absolutely great medicine ball. It is solid, bounces well, and is evenly weighted. I've used it lightly for the past 6 months at least, and there are no signs of wear, no cracks in the rubber, and no problems in general.It's hard to find anything additional to say about this product. 25lbs is HEAVY for a medicine ball, but a bouncing ball like this is great for working core strength by bouncing the ball to a partner or against a wall. There are also plenty of plyometric exercises you can do with the Power Med Ball.
