Responsible marketers

This is a very good machinge. I like the design, which keeps all the forces lined up. Like a lot of heavy Chinese tools purchased through Amazon, the package was all torn apart at arrival (but the contents not damaged) and a part was missing. The sellers, ATD, in the midwest, made good on the missing part within a week and sent me a new manual (which had also been shredded) I purchased the item from Amazon. The warehouse and shipper (FX) were no help and of course Amazon does not even talk to you unless you want to get ground up in the return and replace (and return and replace) cycle, in which you have to rebuild or replace the box. Allow some extra time for this and similar heavy Chinese tools before you expect to use them. All and all a very useful press and a good deal.
