Better than expected.

Normally, products 'in a kit' are found to be of low quality and problematic to assemble. Not this one. Beautifully crafted and easy to assemble it's one of the few little treasures I've found online.

Worked out in the end...

I selected this item because of design, size and price. After reading previous reviews, I was anticipating some problems, which did occur. First, the paint was thin in several places, fortunately not in conspicuous areas. Second, the holes designed to receive the cylindrical lock nuts were not deep enough and I had to bore them out to a greater depth in order to align the bolts. Third, the anchor screws for the table top were not included and I had to use my own screws of essentially the same size with small washers (they were slightly shorter than the specs for the original screws). Fortunately, they were shorter, since when used, they almost perforated the top surface of the table top. Because of complaints of it being unsturdy after assembly, I used wood glue when assembling joints. The end result turned out very well and looks good in the designated space, however, had I not had the tools and skills to anticipate problems, it would have been a very undesirable situation. I'm rating it 4 stars only because I was pleased with the appearance of the finished product.

Very unsatisfied customer

BOTH front & back Top Aprons are cracked.Only received one Side Frame.Pegs on bar stools out of alignment. I had to realign pegs before I could assemble stools.Top has marks on it, but I am so frustrated, at this point I don't care.Terrible product. Seller needs to train on QUALITY CONTROL, and inspect their products before they ship.I gave away my small dining set to make room for this one, and now I cannot even use this table due to only having "one side fraom" until "hopefully" the seller resolves this issue. Buyers beware!!!
