Satisfy's the instant hunger for chocolate

Ever wish you had a chocolate cake made or even some brownies to satisfy that instant hunger for chocolate? If so this is what you're looking for. I first picked these up at a local department store and I can't keep enough of them in my house. It is so easy, and what's better than a warm dessert? It's like brownies right out of the oven or the first cookie off the cookie sheet. It is easy enough for my 6 year old to make herself and it comes out of the microwave smelling just like and tasting pretty darn close to a fresh baked cake. As for the 2 star rating, what do you expect from a plastic bowl and a minute in the microwave? Yes, if you want a "real" lava cake, go to Olive Garden. But, if you want something yummy, quick and easy you won't be disappointed in this.

THIS CAKE IS GREAT FOR A LATE NIGHT SNACK. I ADD A LITTLE MORE WATER----I USE 1/4 CUP. I ALSO DON'T COOK FOR LONGER THAN 1 MINUTE.....BUT ALL MICROWAVE OVENS ARE DIFFERENT. ONE TIP IS TO LAY THE FUDGE PACKET UNDER HOT RUNNING WATER WHILE YOU ARE MIXING THE CAKE. IT THEN SQUEEZES OUT MUCH EASIER.
