The plate is hand-tensioned (up to 15 minutes per blade), superior C-4 carbide teeth are hand-brazed to the plate, and the blade is straightened and restraightened multiple times throughout the process. Best Blade Made for Tablesaw

This blade is very impressive. Cuts like a champ. leaves a mirror surface on crosscuts. Ripped surfaces are ready for glue ups. Stays sharp for a long time in the hardwoods I typically use. They may be expensive but Forrest makes the best blades. They are worth every penny.

I purchased this saw blade for my 8-1/4" Black and Decker Sawcat and it works great with no troubles what so ever. I will purchase more Forrest Blades in the future.
