Nice finish, tricky to install

This mirror came out of the box exactly as I expected - nice nickel finish, heavy real metal feel to the mirror and arm. My challenge was installing - after mounting the bracket I found that the two machine screws are too short for the nuts to catch given the way the cover piece sits against the wall. I had to add a shim under the bracket to bring the screws away from the wall to allow enough bite for the nuts. Now I'm quite happy with the mirror.
