Great deal with some effort

These brown leather chairs were exactly what I'd been looking for at the absolute BEST price online and in stores. The directions were not very good & they were a bit difficult and time-consuming to assemble, but it was worth the effort. They are comfy and look great. There were just a few scuff marks on the wood, but they would be there in a month anyway. Overall, I'm very pleased.

We ordered 4 stools & only received 2 with an order indicating it is complete! I have just contacted the seller & hope they will remedy asap & overnight the missing set.- follow up note (1 business day later): response from seller next business day & shipment was split up & arrived the next day. All good.We are about to put one chair together to make sure it is in fact comfortable. Very disappointed that I did not realize this was FAKE leather. It is also much darker in reality than the picture depicts but still ok (not brown, practically black).- follow up note (1 business day later): we have assembled all chairs. Concur with other reviewers about the (slightly) uneven legs, but no big deal. We removed the plastic stoppers, replaced with felt (for our hardwood floors) & simply peeled back some of the the felt layers on one leg to balance the chair.Assmbly time is pretty long & my husband is a journeyman carpenter with all the right tools & experience. That being said he also glued the parts together after we decided to keep the set (after assembling 1 chair without glue) - to add to overall strength & longevity. I believe it took about 20 mins per chair.Overall this is really good value for money, is really quite comfortable, looks good, delivery was on time, customer service response timely, & you get what you pay for (in terms of real vs fake leather...but it's not ultra noticable unless you get under the chair & check the fabric :) ).

We recently ordered 4 of the bar stools and were very excited when they arrived. However, after putting the first one together, we have a stool that has uneven legs. We have done some doctoring and I think it will work out. We will need to take the plastic pads off the bottom and replace them with felt pads so they don't scratch up the wood floor. Just hope the other three turn out to have legs the same length. They look nice and are comfy!
