This really does work.

Was introduced to this via my massage therapist. It really does help with the pain...it goes on a bit cold at first but it does help the pain. I have given away bottles to a few people and they love it as well. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the scent. It does have a bit of a menthol type scent to it, but not too horrible. overall a good product so far.

don't know how it works but man does it work

my dad who has arthritis, chronic back pain, and frequent knots in his neck from golf - and he just swore by this spray - always saying how great it feels.well we bought a bottle and he was SO correct.purchased this case as my dad is just regularly using it for this aches and muscle pains - and it actually works! (and pain medicine, chiropractors, accupuncture, and surgery all failed to relieve his pain)

It goes on cold with high 10% level of cooling menthol. Biofreeze only has 4%. But, if you use this many times a day it can cause reddening of the skin a slight burning feeling after several/many days of use. Still this is the most effective I've found. Good stuff.
