Decent power and light weight

I was tired of lugging the 18 volt Ni-Mh Makita drill for an extensive home remodeling project and bought this drill. It's so much lighter and easily the one I pick up first. So far, it has handled everything from drywall screws to 3" wood screws. The battery seems to last a long time, too. The Makita has been relegated to a back-up drill or if I ever need more power.

Good power, awesome battery life

The lithium ion battery on this drill is unbelievable. The drill can sit forever and still be fully charged. Very impressive torque. A battery power indicator comes on whenever you use it to tell you when you need to charge. I can't say how fast the charger is because I have only needed to charge it a couple times! Only thing I don't like is the slight lag when the trigger is pulled, like a half second delay. Hard to get used to it when needing to control speed.

Worth every penny!

My old Craftsman finally gave so I needed to buy something ideal for my wife and I to use at home. The drill is awesome, it runs smoothly, provide light with you're using it, small & compact and easy to understand (perfect for my wife to use - she gets intimidated with power tools except this one), and the charge lasts for a very long time. It'll even tell you when you need to recharge it through its battery gauge. So far, I've used it to screw sheet rock, install basic lighting and wall outlets, drill and screw a couple of 2x4s and sx12s, even a 4x6. I can't wait to use it on building a bookcase. If you're needing a great all around drill for your home, don't look any further.

May Get Thule Foot Pack Only

Be aware that if purchase fulfilled by BikeSomeWhere they probably only plan to provide the Foot Pack even though the listing is for Thule 387 High Foot Complete Raingutter Car Roof Rack which is supposed to include Foot Pack and Load Bars. I placed an order for this item and when I emailed them to provide the 65" Load bars they immediately canceled my order without any explanation. They also removed their name from the Listing at the time. However I just noticed that they have put their name back on this listing for what appears to be a great price ($143.95 39% discount) for the complete system but their price is only for the Foot Pack. If you plan on getting the Complete Raingutter Car Roof Rack as indicated in the Amazon listing do not order from BikeSomeWhere. You may be disappointed when only the Foot Pack arrives! I turned a complaint into Amazon and they replied back that they would look into it but it appears that BikeSomeWhere is doing it again.

Large & comfortable

I bought this cot for my husband and it is a sturdy cot, however found it very difficult to assemble. It took two of us both pulling and struggling. It is very nice once you get it together and maybe it will losen up after time. It is a must for men as the regular cots are too small. Legs are sturdy, especially works well on uneven ground. Doesn't tip if you just sit on one end. Very nice green color. One of the few with black legs, but do think the black will come off in time. It scratches rather easily. Other than that very sturdy - and camping gear is just that camping gear and expected to get roughed up a little.

I don't agree with the 5 star rating

I think anybody giving this cot a five star rating is far more generous than I. The canvas is decent quality, but the build doesn't look like it could handle anything but the slightest inadvertent abuse. Within about 14 seconds, the paint was already rubbing/flaking/chipping off the aluminum frame. The picture-free directions are POOR, so let me clue you in, if you're a tall person who wants a cot they can fit on -- this one being capable of fitting that bill. If your cot DOESN'T match the pictures on the box, or the picture in this listing, put the end rod with the hole farthest from the end on --last-- so you have some leverage. Hard to explain without the capability of pictures in the review, but this will make more sense with the item in front of you.The other review says something about "maybe some thin foam padding" might help. It'll take a lot more than that to make this sucker comfortable due to the current taughtness of the canvas which might relax over time to make it more livable.Is it more comfortable (as is) than ground outside? Sure. Why not. Is it much more comfortable -inside- than sleeping on the carpet? Not particularly.If you're a tall pup and don't want your feet hanging off the end of a cot, and this is the only game in town due to pets wanting to use infinitely-more-comfortable inflatables as claw toys, then DON'T pay over $50, buy some serious padding, give it a go, and put on the "overly long" end connector on -last-.If you have any other options for a snooze, use them instead.And don't put a guest on this thing, unless you hate your guest.

I have had two of these jumbo camp cots (one was a replacement)and I must say that unless you use this thing sparingly, be prepared for the canvas fabric to rip and tear along it's longitudinal seams.This renders this cot useless/non-repairable.I am 250 lbs.It is supposed to be rated to 300 lbs. Caveat Emptor.
